BEST OF SHOW (Original Art Only):  The $200 for best of show will be awarded to the artist with the best original piece entered.  Winner will be chosen by the audience via applause.

BIDDING:  This is a silent auction.  A minimum bid will be required with no maximum.  Bidding will close at 7:30pm.  Those who win an item will be asked to take the item home at the end of the evening. 

DEADLINES:  Artist dontations should be submitted by February 1st, 2012. 

DONATION PICKUP/DROP OFF:  Art being donated from Colorado Springs to Denver can be picked up. Pick up is available Monday through Friday from 7:30pm to 10:00pm and from 10:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.  If donating from further reaches, please mail to 10468 Independence Circle Westminster, CO 80021.  Also, art can be dropped off at the event address Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.  Please contact me directly at 719-331-4431 for additional details.    

DIRECTIONS:  From I-25, exit on I-225 North Bound.  Take Parker Road Exit North.  Whisper Sky Apartment Homes will be located on the right approximately 2 miles.

DONATIONS:  All donations are eligible for a tax credit based on the actual value of the item donated.  This form will be provided by Angel Eyes or myself at the time of donation. 

FOOD & DRINK:   Cocktails and tasty treats will be served throughout the evening at no additional charge. 

PAYMENTS:  Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Personal Check will all be accepted during the event.  The entry fee can be paid with all of the above.  A tab can be ran for those who wish to cash out at the end of the evening with one transaction.  Ask at entry for additional details.

PUBLICITY:  All who donate will be acknowledged at coloradobusinesstherapy.com within days of the event.  Artist's work will be linked to the donors website or facebook page for attendees and others to contact.

VENUE:  Whisper Sky Apartment Homes is a high end apartment community located 2 miles North of 1-225 off Parker Road.  They offer a large, luxurious lounge available to rent for special events.  The space can only be reserved by residents and employees.  As the Community Manger of Whisper Sky, I have been granted permission to host this years event within this facility at NO CHARGE! More of your donations will go straight to the cause instead of the overhead!
